Get Synergised, a business consultancy with a passion for purpose, was founded by Rachel Hales after more than 30 years at the intersection of business and community. Guided by the belief that business should be a force for good, Rachel saw a clear gap: businesses wanting meaningful community connections, and charities, social enterprises and public sector partners seeking access to decision-makers, long-term support and trusted networks.
From that insight, Get Synergised was born. Today, through our consultancy and the award-winning With Purpose Network, we connect businesses, charities, social enterprises and public sector partners in person and online - sharing time, skills, resources, funding and much more for good. When sectors collaborate, everyone wins.
