Get Synergised, a business consultancy with a passion for purpose, was founded by Rachel Hales following more than 30 years of experience at the intersection of business and community. Guided by the belief that business should be a force for good, Rachel recognised a clear gap between businesses wanting to build more meaningful community connections and registered charities, social enterprises and public sector partners seeking access to decision-makers, long-term support and investment, and trusted networks. From this insight, Get Synergised was born.

Rachel’s commitment to social impact began early, shaped by her parents’ generosity, compassion and faith - most notably when they welcomed a homeless ex-prison offender and later a single mum into their home. They taught her a simple truth: if you have the ability to change a life, why wouldn’t you? Alongside a career managing and leading services and support for children, young people, and families facing complex challenges, this shaped her belief that collaboration across sectors creates impact greater than the sum of its parts.
