Become a Trustee at Cambridgeshire Deaf Association (CDA)
At Cambridgeshire Deaf Association, we believe strong leadership creates lasting impact. As a trustee, you’ll help shape the future of a charity supporting Deaf people and those with hearing loss, reducing isolation and improving lives across our community.
We’re looking for passionate individuals who want to use their skills for good. Experience in areas such as finance, governance, health & social care, fundraising, HR or project management would be valuable, helping guide our strategy and support sustainable growth.
You don’t need to be Deaf or a BSL user — just committed, collaborative and motivated to make a difference. In return, you’ll gain valuable experience and join a supportive team working towards inclusion and empowerment.
If you’re ready to use your skills for a meaningful cause, we’d love to hear from you.

Do you know young people who need alternative education
Whether you personally know a young person who is NEET or struggles in mainstream education and would benefit from hands-on vocational training and alternative teaching practices, or work in an organisation that supports vulnerable young people and want to build a long-term relationship, New Meaning Foundation is looking for people to refer young people to our alternative provision.
We work with 14-25 year olds, completing construction qualifications, along with E3-L2 maths and English qualifications. We support learners with ECHPs, and who are regularly school refusers, or struggling due to additional needs.
We are looking to support young people who have been referred individually, and grow public awareness in local communities and we are looking to build long-term relationships with organisations where a referral system can be mutually beneficial.Point of contact

Sponsor a Brick Club and Support Cambridgeshire Children to Thrive
If you’re a Cambridgeshire business with a big heart for inclusion, sponsoring a Play Included Brick Club in a local school is a powerful way to make a difference. We are aiming to deliver Brick Clubs for free in 100 local schools in Cambridgeshire.
