At its heart, mentoring is a professional partnership between two people. The With Purpose Mentoring Programme connects business expertise with charitable purpose, pairing business leaders with non-profit leaders across Cambridgeshire. Drawing on their experience, the mentor offers guidance, a listening ear, fresh ideas and honest advice, while the mentee leads the way, setting the goals and shaping the conversations. Both learn from each other, making it a rewarding experience on both sides.
