Mentoring Hub
The With Purpose Mentoring Programme is mentee-driven, following an 80/20 model in which the mentee takes primary responsibility for shaping the experience. Mentees are asked to set clear goals, identify areas for development, and bring forward challenges—actively guiding the focus and direction of the relationship.
At its heart, mentoring is a professional partnership between two individuals. The mentor, drawing on their experience, provides guidance, a listening ear, ideas, and constructive advice to help the mentee develop and progress. It is a mutually beneficial relationship in which both parties learn from each other, making the experience rewarding and enriching for both the mentor and mentee. Interested?
