Impact Case Studies

  • We have developed a flourishing business partnership with a top 500 law firm.

“After attending Rachel’s Get Synergised networking events and participating in a Discovery Session with Rachel we have developed a flourishing business partnership with a top 500 law firm and together we are tackling a lack of access to legal advice in our community by running a legal clinic attached to our drop-in wellbeing hub.

Cambridge Acorn Project (Registered Charity No: 1175019) is a local front-line charity making a tangible difference to the lives of children, young people who have experienced trauma and who are living in poverty. We aim to tackle inequality stemming from trauma and adverse childhood experiences, such as domestic abuse, which can have a profound impact on the long-term outcomes of children’s lives. By providing access to meeting spaces, Tees is actively helping Cambridge Acorn Project to funnel vital funds into front line services rather than using this money to pay for overheads such as hiring rooms. For every hour of free room hire that Tees gives to Cambridge Acorn Project this enables Cambridge Acorn Project to give an extra hour of therapeutic support to a child or family.” Hannah Chapman Charity Manager Cambridge Acorn Project.

Janine Collier Executive Partner at Tees has celebrated the partnership saying: "Cambridge Acorn Project provides essential services to those most in need in our communities. We all know that early and tailored intervention helps children and young people to develop the skills they need to live happy, healthy and successful lives. At the heart of Tees, is a passion to help people to a better future and so we are delighted to have been offered the opportunity to work alongside CAP to improve family relationships, increase educational attainment and support good mental health for generations to come.”

  • CPSL Mind announced as Keystone’s Charity of the Year

“It’s our pleasure to announce that Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and South Lincolnshire Mind (CPSL Mind) has been chosen as Keystone’s Charity of the Year. A partnership that will see our team support the fundraising goals of the charity in our local area over the year ahead. Across our whole team, we’ll be drawing on our experience of marketing strategy and community engagement to consult with CPSL Mind’s in house fundraising and communications teams for free; offering them considered advice and fresh perspectives to help maximise their marketing activities and outcomes." Hayley Williams Keystone Marketing Managing Director.

Fundraising Manager of CPSL Mind Gary Sutcliffe and Keystone’s Hayley Williams originally met through a Networking with Purpose Breakfast in the summer of 2022; an initiative developed by Cambridge based social entrepreneur Rachel Hales from Get Synergised.

The event was driven to connect businesses, charities and social enterprises for the greater good, and the idea of this new official corporate partnership was developed thereafter."

Our invaluable Support Team, essential to our success.

“I choose to work with Rachel in supporting Networking with Purpose as it’s such an important part of business, supporting others. The past events have been amazing to be a part of and to see the collaborations that have both happened in the room and in months after.Rachel is inspiring and anytime spent with her leaves me feeling enlightened.”
